Grapes of Wrath

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8721)

Repeat pattern left lead

* I call it Rocking Horse, not sure what other people call it, this is simply alternating knee and ham (start right knee sorta pointing to right corner and then left ham) Do this 4 times.

* This really gets the heart rate up, everyone loves it once they get, I think I stole it from someone here. It is just like it sounds.....when grapevine to right lift left knee on 4, lunge back left leg on 5, lift knee on 6, heel dig on 7, left knee on 8, then grapevine left and repeat on right leg. If you see your students not getting it at all have the do 3 knee repeaters. The nice thing about this move is you can take it hi or low by hopping on the knees up.

The great thing about these combos is that you can take them as high or as low as you need, depending on your students and each combination can be duplicated until your class gets it. I usually repeat the more difficult ones until it seems the majority of the class is getting it then move on. Please email with any ?'s.
