Tapless quickie

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8724)

Here's an easy tapless combo that's good to start your routine with.

Right leg leads

Repeat on the other lead for 32 counts.

Optional arm lines: bicep curl on the heel digs and superman arms on the lunges. Breakdown: I teach it as 4 heel digs, 8 marches up on step, 4 lunges and 8 marches on the floor during the warm up, then cut it down for the main routine.
