Boot Camp Obstacle Course

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8727)

I set the room up into an obstacle course that we all run through together then we all jog or march in place until everyone is finished then we spend a few minutes doing "boot camp" type drills (push-up, sit-ups, hurdle run, sissor leg lifts, wall sits etc.) I sometimes let the participants be the "sargeant" and decide what we should do as a group. But, the obstacle course generally consists of these basics:
