Let's Punch It!!
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 8750)
I usually do this in between 2 cardio patterns. My class
loves to punch like this, so we put it in a lot.
Start:
- 1. While tapping wide, start with alternating cross
punches down (make sure that they are pivoting the
opposite foot, so as to bring their knee with them). I
usually do this for a couple of sets
- 2. Then take it up one notch to alternating forward cross
punches (punching to the corners...not all the way to
the side)
- 3. Alternating upward cross punches.
Then I put them all together starting with 8 down, 8
middle, 8 up-then do 4x's and then 2's. Once they are
comfortable with going from one to the other, take out the
tap wide and speed up the punches to double time.
I hope that you all can use this. I love this site. It has
helped me so much when I get those mental blocks :)
