This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8752)

*Lifts/hamstring curl/side out/soccer kicks can be substituted for variety or extra cardio work.

Combo V

Each combo section is repeatable for the left lead.

(Cool Down: Floor choreographed movements.)

Although I am an instructor of physical fitness classes, this was my first experience in putting together and teaching a step routine. I "inherited" the class from a teacher/friend who decided to move out of the area. In order to keep the challenge of step in my life, I am now leading this wonderful group. This is a volunteer position for faculty at a local community college. While I may not be the oldest (55) I'm certainly not the youngest. Your web site has tremendously assisted me. My plans are to have a new routine every month, (as did my predecessor) so we all don't become bored. Again, thanks ever so much for all your help!!
