Biceps on the Wall

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 8776)

I believe I 'stole' this from Men's Health magazine...the workout is very effective. When doing your bicep workout, stand flush against the wall or mirror concentrating on keeping every part of your body (from the top of your head down to your heels!!) up against the wall and your abs tight, tight, tight. Obviously, you can't keep the small of your back against the wall but the tight abs will support your lower back. It's amazing how much more difficult it feels against the wall. Although they groin, my class loves it.
