Side Kick/Roundhouse Drills

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8330)

Hi! This is my first time to add anything, so I thought I would start with some simple drills. Each drill will go from one end of the room to the other. Split your class into 2 groups. Each group goes to opposite ends of the room. Both groups face the front. One group will be starting with their right leg and the other group with their left leg. I'll write it leading with the right leg. Each drill can be done using side kick or round house. These are sure to get your heart rate up!!

1.

Repeat until you reach the opposite end

*Shuffle down the room and back with a jab (now you'll be ready to lead with the opposite leg)

Cue: step, step, kick; step, step, kick; squat 4-3-2-1 (16)

2.

Repeat until you reach the opposite end

*Shuffle down the room and back with a jab (now you'll be ready to lead with the opposite leg)

Cue: kick, kick, jab, jab, cross (8)
