Back It Up -Vertical

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8333)

Step is vertical. All patterns are self-reversing.

Repeat 64 counts on left

**Knee back it up:
Teach alternating knees facing front on your vertical bench. I say "Knee, walk, walk, knee" as I teach these facing front. Then I tell them I am going to add direction to these same steps. Finally, I begin to turn the "walk, walk" part of the pattern. So on the right foot you step right, left knee, turn looking over right shoulder and walk, walk, step left & lift right knee (facing the back corner), then reverse to the front. Lots of fun!!!
