Box on the step

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8348)

I started a kickboxing class that includes the step. So far my class loves the change. This is one of my favorite patterns because it gives your legs a break.

I tend to do this combo after a lot of kicks just to give our hip flexors a break. If any questions please email me. Thanks for all the great ideas and combo for all my classes. I just love this web site.
