Double the Fun
This is a
Double Step pattern from

(pattern 8350)
Benches are set up vertically 4 to 5 feet apart. Working
from the middle. Home bench is on your right, 1st is on your
left. 32 counts self-reversing.

1st Home
Block 1
- (Home) Up 3 lunges (10 counts)
- (1st) Up 3 lunges (10 counts)
- (Home) Knee volley (4 counts)
- (1st) Inside loop (8 counts)
- (Very easy to teach)
Repeat starting left foot on 1st
Block 2
- (Home) V-step (4 counts)
- (1st ) V-step (4 counts)
- (Home) 1/2 L-step (4 counts)
- (Home) Slide across step (long ways) (4 counts)
- (Home) 2 Skips across (long ways) (4 counts)
- (1st) 4 Marches to 1st (4 counts)
- (1st) Slide across step (long ways) (4 counts)
- (1st) 1/2 L-step (4 counts)
Repeat starting left foot lead on 1st
Block 3
- (Home) Repeater 2x (6 counts)

Repeat starting left foot lead on 1st.
You probably already are familiar with these moves but I
don't want to assume everyone knows them. So here are
explanations for above.
*Bowtie - 8 count move - diagonal cut straddle down -
diagonal back to the opposite side of step.
**Stomp L - from someone else on this site - good move
thank you (10 counts) Just like a regular L-step but no knees.
Easy once you do it a couple of times.
***Over double squat - 8 counts - over the top - 2 squats
push back to same side of step.
