Warm up 4 minutes Song: winter wonderland /jingle bells (fast aerobic music)

4 Minute cross country ski right and left leg level 4 to level 8

15 minute chairlift ride with fast ski to bottom: start at level 3 30 seconds seated climb, 30 seconds standing climb stop feet take behind back over seat and sprint down hill for 1 minute repeat for levels 4-10


4 Minute ski lodge break right & left legs in front of fire, with each hot chocolate consumed increase resistance a level, caffeine kicks in and sprint level 8 30 seconds

Back to DEVIL'S HILL: start at level 3 seated climb 1 minute then level 4 thru 9, the last 30 seconds at level 9 take to a standing climb and then stop feet, deep breath, behinds back over seat and 2 minutes down hill at level 9 SPRINTING, icy so at last 30 seconds increase cadence 10% every 10 seconds CLASS LOVED THIS!
