# She bangs!!!

*This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 8358)*

### Combo 1

- Walk forward, 3 alternative knees-left,right,left-(8)
- X-step left feet (or you can do 2 V-steps, if your class
is not optimal),(8)
- Right grapevine adding 2 lunges left feet (8)-If your
class is powerful you alternate the lunges to power
one.
- Left double step diagonial back, left corner (4), right double step
diagonal back, right corner (4)

### Combo 2

- Mambo left, chasse left, half pivot right and close the
step watching the back of the room (8)
- Now as you4re watching the back of the room you add
- Walk forward (4) but at the count 4 you turn left to
close the step. Now, instead of returning walk, you add
a left grapevine (4). Now you're watching the right wall
as you started the lesson.
- Do another walk right-grapevine left (8). Now you have
return to the front wall.
- 4 Jumping Jacks, cross over feet as you close (8)

### Combo 3

- 4 Alternative scoot beginning right (8)
- Double knees right (right on the floor, left knee
double), double knees left (8)
- 4 Alternative powerful hamstrings beginning right,
moving back. When I say powerful I mean hums with
a hop!), (8)
- 2 V-steps right but when you count 3,4 you close feet
together and jump twice adding 2 claps!

When you end the chorography, you repeat the combos starting
left feet, replacing right feet with left. I hope I gave you
some new ideas, as I get from all of you via turnstep! Be
