counts and self-reversing.

- Around the world (step knee straddle step knee, exit and face the other direction and repeat) (16)
- Hamstring curls to each corner (8)
- Knee repeaters (8)
Repeat left
#2
- Skate on top (3 hamstring curls on top and exit) (8)
- Stomp left & right (6)
- Up and alternate lungs x 3 and exit (10)
- Mambo right x2 ** on 2nd mambo use a ball change to
get you to the left lead (8)
Repeat left
#3
- Turnstep straddle and over the top (8)
- Walk around x4 (4)
- Mambo left (4)
- Diagonal corner (4)
- Small U-turn (4)
- Revolving door or over the top x2 (8)
Repeat left
#4
- V-step right (4)
- Mambo right (4)
- Power kicks to each corner (8)
- L-step (8)
- Jog on top x6 and exit (8)
