V-step combo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8422)

Begin with doing about 8 V-steps on the left leg for balance. This will make sense because as you do this combo, the right leg starts the combo each time.

Begin combo again with the right leg V-step!

This is a great "layering" combo. You can add on to it very easily, which is especially useful when teaching to people who are unfamiliar with the moves, or if there is a shift in your music. Simply add more of any move to accomodate the "feel" of the group. This is also great for easing into a lunge sequence. Hope this helps. I've gained a lot of great ideas from this web site. I wanted to give something back!
