Vertical Sports Step Intervals

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8416)

I used 2 steps in this class. 1 Step is vertical at the participants normal step height, the other step is horizontal and LOW - bpm around 126 - I did not use a special interval style formatted tape for this, just a plain old step tape, taught a combo and then went into a power interval.

Combo 1 vertical step

POWER: on low step

Combo 2 vertical step

POWER: low step

Repeat left lead

Combo #3 - left side of vertical step

POWER to low step

Repeat all left lead

LAST COMBO
