On the hops, hands slap down on thighs

On the double jacks I usually have arms go straight out to the sides (1) then over head (2) then back to the sides (3) then down in front (4). Very simple because the feet going out, out, in, in tends to confuse people at first.

On the football jogs, I only count the right foot 4x, because the jog is very fast.

This set has a lot of hops. Sometimes I cut out the last 4 hops and go straight to the walk from the football jogs.
