Class is in a seated postion. Legs straight (slight bend) and in front, open to a V. Go ahead and recline on elbows. Turn insides of feet toward ceiling. Start with just leg raises, alternating. Remember, keep legs in V and inside of foot up. When everyone gets accustomed to this movement add opposite arms reaching across. So, fingertips toward toes-return elbows to floor between. Adductor training is a bonus here!
