Simple but effective combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8460)

Natural stance facing forward

Then take it from the top repeating everything on the left.

I would teach it, first block, starting with 8 counts on each side, then breaking it down to 4. When finished teaching first block on right, I go to the left side. In between each combo, I would skip it out or maybe do some jumping jacks, asking the class if they're ready to move on, how they're feeling, etc.
