Hi everyone.
I love this site as it has vastly increased my creativity!
Thanks. Here are random moves in no particular order that have
been successful...
- 1. "Clear the crowd out of the way"- push through crowd
while swiping arms to side (one arm at a time) clearing
a path while crossing the pool. 16 swipes across and
back. (upper body) Reverse also-- Go backwards arms back
to front "Gathering the crowd." 16 swipes across
and back.
- 2. Squat and kick legs out in front of you off of the
floor--3 positions. Do this kicking front--legs together,
legs apart, legs in straddle position also. 8 or more each
direction. Questions?? email me.
- 3. Tap dancing step called the "Buffalo". Jump Shuffle
Jump-- Side 16 counts and repeat other side 16 counts.
Jump = cross ankle in front of opposite leg knee to the
side, lean towards the bent leg and jump onto foot then
"shuffle" which is flick kick your leg out to side.
Repeat. Arms out and in, hands flexed.
