Jab Intro

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8472)

This pattern is a good warm-up intro as you start out your kickboxing class. It also gives you a chance to introduce the different jabs, etc. Start out facing the front and do alternating jabs, then hooks, uppercuts, etc. Then start moving with what I call "flea hops" and jab 8x to right, then 8x to left. Then jab 4x right and jack 4x turning to face the left, jab 4x jack and turn again.

Then jab 3x to right with a hook on 4 - repeat sequence several times, then jack around and do to the left. Can also do another set with an uppercut in place of the the hook. Have fun- keep 'em moving!!
