Carol thanks for your emails.) It's a combination for beginners
and all other people. (Sorry for my english.)

- 1 Grapevine right
- 2 Push touches left (1 double push touch)
- 1 Grapevine left
- 2 Push touches right
Repeat
Part 2
- 2 V-steps right (8)
- 1 Step touch (4)
- 2 Hops (4)
- Repeat left
Part 3
- 4 Kicks forward (8)

Part 4
- 4 Kicks backward
- 2 Squats (8)

- 4 Lunges back
- 2 Halftime jacks
