Set up room as follows (course is around perimeter of room)

I usually go through the course 2-4 times then take a break to do push-ups, tricep dips (using the steps) or weights, then go back to the course 2-4 times, then break for push-ups, tricep dips, or weights (and so on). Have fun with it and alter it to fit the fitness level of your class. Change it up a little each time through (a,b,c,d) to keep them guessing!!!
