two minute drills

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 8481)

This can be used for boot camp or sports conditioning classes. Equipment needed: steps and mats (weights if they want more resistance) Do each segment for two minutes and let the class rest for 30 seconds in between each drill. Sometimes we do them all together, and some times I break the class up into pairs or three-somes.

I try to alternate between upper and lower body so that they get a rest in between. Also sometimes we add jogging in between to keep the legs loose after the power moves.
