- Walk/jog diagonally to a corner (8 count)
- Repeater lunge (8 count)
- 1/2 Jack back (8 count)
- 4 Power squats (16 count)
- Alternating knee lifts (16 count)
- 4 Jumping jacks (8 count)
- 4 Flashes* up (8 count)
- Alternating side lunges (8 count)
- 4 Flashes back (8 count)
- Alternating side lunges (8 count)
- 4 Alternating chaucees (16 count)
- 4 Jumps in a square (16 count)
- 2 X* steps (16 count)
- 4 Alternating shuffles (16 count)
- 4 Power ups (8 count)
- 2 Hopskotches (16 count)
- 4 Jacks in a circle (8 count)
- 4 Skips forward (8 count)
- 4 Quick side lunges/taps (8 count)
- 4 Alternating kicks backward with tricep arms (arms
"kicking" back also) (8 count)
- 4 Alternating shuffles (16 count)
- 2 Cross-over knee lifts (16 count)
- Jog/march in place (8 count)
*Flash = jumpforward with feet spread apart, arms swing out,
hips moveforward (like what a flasher does in a trenchcoat - I
couldn't think of a better term for it :)
*X-step= V-step forward (arms come up) plus V-step
backwards (arms come down and behind slightly)
I might have messed up in the counting, but most moves/combos
you can adjust to fit 32 or 64 count.
