This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 8495)
This is my first hi/lo
Block 1
- V-step (4)
- Grapevine up to corner right...grapevine to
left...grapevine back (4)
- Step touch (4)
- Right knee up with arms coming in (like using a
peck-deck)
- Hamstring curl (single-single...double-double)
- Repeat left side
Block 2
- Scoop it up (4)
- Jack it back(4)
- Shuffle it to right with fast uppercuts keep it here feet
in wide stance punch-punch...hook-hook...upper-upper..jump
up to close feet together then jump up with a turn so
you are facing the back... shuffle to the left and
repeat
- Repeat from top
Block 3
- Mambo right...cha-cha-cha...mambo left
- Right heel over left foot
- Left heel over right foot
- Right knee up & cross over left
- Repeat left side
- Pony
