Place the step vertically (the short end in
front of you).
Block 1
- (X2) Straddle - right lead (8)
- (X4) Walk forward (step between legs) - right lead (4)
- (4) Jumps backward (step between legs) (4)
- Exit to the left side by lifting left knee (4)
- Repeater - left lead (8)
- (X1/2) L-step to the front - right lead (4)
Repeat to the other side
Block 2
- Kick and down on the left side - right lead (4)
- Repeater - right lead (8)
- Over the top - right lead (4)
- (X2) V-step on the wide end of step - right lead (8)
- Mambo on the step - right lead (4)
- Mambo behind the step (on the floor) - right lead (4)
Block 3
- (X2) Rocking horse (hamstring curl with left, knee with
right) (8)
- Over the top - right lead (4)
- (X2) Knee (lift right) and left goes behind the
step (on floor) (8)
- Hip extension to the short end of step - left lead (4)
- (X2) Across the top (left lead and then right) (8)
Repeat from block 2+ 3 to the other side.
Block 2
Repeater can be changed to: lift left, lunge with left on
the floor (aside the short end). Lunge with right on step,
lift left and down on the wide side (your left side).
