This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8490)


Place the step vertically (the short end in front of you).

Block 1

Repeat to the other side

Block 2

Block 3

Repeat from block 2+ 3 to the other side.

Block 2
Repeater can be changed to: lift left, lunge with left on the floor (aside the short end). Lunge with right on step, lift left and down on the wide side (your left side).
