Burning Up Those Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 8499)
This pattern will only give right side leading for all the
combos just know that at the end you will switch and work the
left side in the same pattern.
- Regular crunches (8)
- Right leg comes in & out toward body while still
crunching (16)
- Left elbow meets the right knee crossing over
the body leg is still moving in & out rotating
over. (16)
- Right foot crosses over the leg, crunching straight up &
down (16)
- Keeping the legs in this position lay the upper
body down to the floor and work the lower body only,
left leg is coming up off the floor toward
your chest. (16)
- Legs stay the same, now upper and lower body meet in
the middle crunching the two halves together. (8)
Enjoy this Ab routine, my class makes noise when ever I
