Step pattern from

(pattern 8509)
This routine is just made for the choreography monsters in
your class. You can modify it by adding in sets of 4 tap-ups
or basics between the more complicated moves, if your class
threatens to get too confused.
Bench is vertical. Begin leading right, at the short
south end of the bench.
Combination #1
- 2 Basic (8), curl right bicep on 1-2, left on 3-4,
repeat.
- 2 Step-touch (8) on top of bench, moving north (forward),
swing right arm forward on 1-2, left arm forward on
3-4.
- Straddle march (4) back down the length of the bench,
ending in a straddle at the south end. Marching arms.
- Step up and lunge 3 times (8), alternating sides. When
you begin this combo the first time on a right lead, the
lunges will be right- left-right. Arms cross punch.
- Repeater knee (8), off the side of the bench, using the
left leg the first time through the combo. Exit
left-right off the south end of the bench. Arms
pull down.
- Repeat the entire 32-count combination beginning with
a left lead.
