Have a Seat

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8510)

This is a very intense pattern for body sculpting, using 3 pound - 10 pound weights. Place the weights on your shoulders using a standard chair, place your feet shoulder width apart, slowly lower your bottom toward the seat until you feel the back of your leg touch the seat and return to standing position (8) single squats. Repeat the same squating exercise with a 2 up 2 down count (8). Repeat squat with 3 down 1 up count (8), repeat with 4 down 4 up count (8). Walk out the burn, drink up and get ready for part 2. Keeping the legs a shoulder width start your squat and on the upward count 1 bring your right knee into your chest for hip flexion (4) per leg.

Repeat single count squat and on the up extend your leg out away from the body (laterally) for leg abduction (4) per leg. Part two of this pattern should be done twice.
