Slammin' & Movin' on up !!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8530)

Hi there everyone, it's about time I also contributed, since all of you have so much to offer!! Thanks to EVERYONE!! We all know how terrible it is to get "choreography block". Well this is my first submission, hope all can follow, if not just send me a line. Have fun!! and keep "jabbin' "......

***To break this down I start with just alternating knee slams, then tell them to "move it up", then add the front kicks for about a 32 count, then jack it back (also give the option of step touching back for those who choose to/cannot jack), then power squats (or option of doing normal squats-just be sure the feet are more than shoulder width apart). After all that I break it down in the above combination, then at the end hold the power/normal squats....and make them count it out...and hint don't stop until you hear them!!! (they just adore you for that one).
