Final Intermediate Pattern

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8531)

After teaching my basic kickboxing class I always try to give them a challenge at the end. Plus, if their minds are occupied then they don't realize how tired they are. You can teach it in blocks of 8, or if your class is really quick as one big pattern (make sure you have good cues if you try this approach).

Right lead

When you put your left foot back down you can either then use it to travel left and repeat the pattern leading left, or you can do several counts of jumping jacks inbetween sides to let people think for a minute

You also might want to use the arm combo earlier in class, so your class is familiar with it. In the combo it goes very quickly and if you don't teach it ahead of time people tend to get lost.

This is my first time posting, so I hope it's clear and that your classes enjoy it! I'd love to hear comments or suggestions.
Thanks!
