Hit the uppers & lowers!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8529)

Have your students lay supine on bench or floor.

Hands behind neck (basic crunch postion).

Lift feet off floor, flats of feet together, knees facing out to side.

Have them crunch up, when the head and shoulders come up tell them to touch knees together. When they come down open knees back out to side.

Make sure they really squeeze those knees together with the crunch, like they are rolling into a ball.

When done with proper form, this excersise will work the upper & lowers really good!

I teach a "Thrashin Abs" class and my sudents really feel this one!
