This can be hard for some members, but keep drilling it and
they'll get it......and love it!
- Repeater knee x2 (left corner): 4 counts
- Straddle x2, hop up on your bench: 4 counts
- Lunge right left right and exit (home side): 8 counts
- Single knee (same side): 4 counts
- Single kick: 4 counts
- Over the top: 4 counts
- Hop turn: 4 counts
Repeat on the other side......just make sure to lunge
