Quick Switch

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9597)

This is easy to break-down and build up and makes your participants move . . . FUN!

Get them in a right pyramid stance (right foot forward, left stagger back):

Jacks or quick feet to switch stance and repeat with left lead

*Quickly switch foot stance to left forward/right back and then back to right forward again

**Knee side: remember to remind participants to square up shoulders with hips and pull the hip to the ribs when bringing up knee-KILLER!

The lower they get on the DUCK the more they have to work to pull up that first knee
