Add some Stations!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9609)

Here is one example of how I 'rev-up' my Cardiokickboxing class - I have found that my students really like when we periodically incorporate interval stations - they also respond really well if I go around station-to-station, performing the exercise with them - even if it is for only a few seconds...
