Aussie Hi Lo July 3rd

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 9610)

Hi Guys
Just one from Tuesday night.


## Repeat easy walks & pumps again ##
(repeat facing back of room)
2 x 64


## Repeat scissors & twists again ##
(repeat travel Left)
2 x 64


Repeat facing the back & again travel right.


**Running Man = Simply just a jog or level one can march in a half circle - facing the back of the room.

**Baby L-step = 2 steps turning 90 degrees on the last step. Like a grapevine L but with 2 steps.

**Bush Pumps = Not sure what anyone calls these........ Standing in a narrow squat position - feet shoulder width apart. Basically you're just pumping straight arms to the ceiling (2x single & 2x double arms. As you bring the arms down to the body bend the knees. level 2 can almost add a jump on the up movement.)

Hope I haven't confused anyone, this is a fairly basic class. Any Q's please email.
