Good Abs Combo

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 9612)

Thank you Turnstep and Turnstep users for the great combos and inspirations over the last few years!

Here's an effective and easy Abs Combo you could use tonight! I'll explain the details before the full combo.

Reverse Curls:
Legs up in 90 degree angle. Imagine there is a rope tied around your ankles, pulling you up to the ceiling. Press up with the soles of shoes, return. Cue "minimize the swing", focus on the controlled up and down motion, concentrating on the lower portion of the R.Abs.

Center Crunch:
With legs still at 90 degrees and fingertips behind ears, centre crunches lifting shoulder blades off the mat (basic crunch only).

Oblique Twist:
With legs still at 90 degrees and fingertips behind ears, twist right shoulder towards left knee, fully up and fully down (full range of motion), then left shoulder to right knee (full ROM).

Here's the GOOD ABS COMBO:

(Please note, you can change the reps to suit your count, ie. 2 of each move, etc.)

Remember not to hold your breath and don't rush it.
