Heidelberg Special

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9618)

Hey everybody,
here is another combo from Heidelberg to the rest of the world

Side stance left leg back.

Repeat combo as many times as you need

Do an active rest such as:
plie squat with hill raises and chi arms
(go into a low plie squat position cross arms over chest and touch shoulders as you lift your hills bring arms side and down)

Repeat combo from side stance right leg back

Have fun and keep up the energy
