This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9620)

This combination will be challenging for even the most advanced athlete. Start with a 3 pound weight and work your way up to 8 or 10. You will also need a mat. I always start out with 16 squats

(if you want to make this a little more challenging add lat pull downs when doing the walking lunges with an elastic band, and use body bars with all others squats and lunges)

Get on your hands and knee and put the weight behind your right leg. Bring your knee to your chest the back out parallel to your glute. 10 times, hold at top and pulse for 10. Then repeat 3 sets.

Next, get on your hands and knees and do the fire hydrant kick bringing your right knee up to your shoulder then kicking it out, without moving your upper body and keeping your back straight.

If you don't feel this read this again because your doing it wrong. At the end reach back and sit on your heels and stretch out your glutes.
