Inner Thigh Ball Squeezes

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 9627)

I use this move at least once a week. My class usually moans and groans when I say ok inner thigh ball squeezes!!!!!!!!

Using a resist-a-ball or you can use a medium size kids ball, have the participants sit on the floor or step with knees bent, feet flat on the floor and the ball between their knees. Tell them to squeeze the ball...take all your frustrations out on the ball!!

I usually do 2-3 sets of 12 slow squeezes then 12 pulses. By the time we are finished, they are moaning!! Hope your classes enjoy it as much as mine do. HAHAHA!!
