Jack The Ripper

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9628)

You want something to finish everyone off with......well here ya go.

Everything comes in 4's to start off with, then you break it down,

except that you throw in a jack after each one of these. So.....

Continue with the knee smash (4 right/4 left), front kicks (4 right/4 left), and side kicks (4 right/4 left). Then start again with the jabs, but break it down to 2 of each. To finish them off, break it down to 1 of each.....

* Very important to turn your body and pivot off the proper foot as you're throwing your right or left jab.

With so many jack, students with bad knees may just want to step out to one side or another, instead of doing a full jack, so be sure to show the modified moves.
