Lunge for a tight behind!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9631)

Right leg on the bench, left leg behind.

Now we to the but past of the exercise.
Right leg is still on the bench.

Go down (1), up (2), get your weight on the right leg and lift the left leg (3), put left leg on the floor and do this again. (and again and again until it hurts like hell! that will be after 8 times)

Repeat the whole combo with right leg on the bench.
Then change legs and repeat.

This is also great for a class like bodypump. Put the barbell with weights in the neck.
