Traveling Kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9636)

I love traveling kickbox patterns. Here's a quick one for you:

Working the long length of room, start at one end and:

March forward 3 (right,left,right) front kick left to wall you are walking toward. Step left turning foot outward. Side kick right to same wall. Step right turning foot inward so that you are facing opposite wall. Back kick left to same wall. March backward 3 (left,right,left). Back kick right. Step right turning foot outward. Side kick left to opposite wall (this is the only kick to a different wall). Step left turning foot inward. Front kick right. Repeat from top.

Break this down as you see fit. I normally get the kick pattern down in place, show the travel pattern with knees, then add back in the kicks.

I also put an arm pattern in at each end of the room.
