Box combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9645)

Hi

This is pretty easy but fun, I keep it in blocks of 32. Here goes.

Repeat on left side

Add on:

Repeat on left side

Add on:

Repeat on left side

When I move onto floor work and we do abs, instead of keeping our arms behind our neck, I take it into a right jab and left jab, one at a time. Double time, as you crunch up, you would jab jab, right left. Give a try.
