Easy for Everyone Kickboxing!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9646)

Here's an easy one for beginners that you can change up and add to!

Start out facing the west side of the room, with right shoulder to front of room.

Once they got this, add repeater knee pulls on the right knee only. (8)
Then you can add a left front push-kick, and a back right kick. Repeat this.

Now you're ready to change it up -- same thing on the east side of the room, with left shoulder facing the front of the room.

Once they got this, add repeater knee pulls on the left knee only. (8)
Then you can add a right front push-kick, and a back left kick. (4) Repeat this.

**Palm, Heel = Push out the palm of your left hand (like a fake block) and then right hand pushes forward with heel of hand (like a nose breaker move)! It's a fun move - I tell them to picture someone they're mad at--like their boss! :)
