Alright I can add to the kick boxing skills...Thanks to you
all for your skills I use them every day!
These are things I like to do to get warmmed up or work in
to combos accross the floor.
#1
- Start off with blocks (knees up to the side with guard up
target to the right or left side) 10 right 10 left
- Right block
- Jab punch to the right
Repeat this many times the switch to left side
#2
- Jab punch
- Jab punch hook set (or pause) (4)
- Jab punch hook uppercut (4)
#3
- Front block right
- Front kick left
- Right side kick facing forward turn to the back
- To the back of the room, backkick to the front of room
Repeat across the floor
