Kickbox Drills

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9661)

1) Shuffle Drills (32 counts):

2) Shin Block and Kick across the Room:

Everybody comes to the back of the room and faces the front. Hold boxer's shuffle as you explain the pattern. Starting on the right, do a shin block, followed by a right front kick. Move forward across the room, shin block left, then front kick left. And so forth... When you get to the front of the room, turn around, go towards the back.

3) Line Drills:

This works if you teach on a basketball court. Find a painted line on the floor (yellow or black) and place yourself on the right of the line. There are 3 levels:

Have Fun!
