Step into the knee strikes on the "and" count. "And 1" would be "step left, strike right".
I usually start out with rear elbow strikes, then add the back punches.
Then I do 4 knee strikes on each side alternating - several times
Then, 2 knee strikes, roundhouse kick with same leg, march 3 or jack 1
Then, 2 knee strikes, roundhouse, jump kick, march 8 or 4 jacks
Then, put the elbows & punches in instead of marching or jacking.
Hope you can do it. I like to use it toward the end of class because while it's still a challenge, the elbows and back punches give them a little rest between the leg work.
