Monkey Jack'n

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9676)

This is a quick, simple combo but it can really gets your heart pumping if you give 100%!! When I taught it my class made fun of the jack/jabs in last part of the combo they renamed it the Monkey Move. Whatever Works!! Start off facing front/open stance

**Monkey Jack is just a regular jack except hit 2x top and 2x bottom. I make them hit those gloves hard at the top and hard at the bottom...I tell them to pump some muscles in that mirror!! On those double cross punches they are in open squat and then turn that hip into punch and just because those 2 punches are fast...NO WEENIE PUNCHES!!
