Kardio Kickbox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9671)

Hello, This my first time so be gentle! Thank you to everybody who contributes! I appreciate this site!!

I like to split things up into about 3 combos, then put it all together. This one works well in my class

Combo #1-step touch up to the right (diagnoal)

Repeat 3 more times to the right, then do it all to the left 4 times. Then alternate sides until they get it! Cue-up,up,step behind kick,shuffle,shuffle,shuffle,cross,back two three, four.

Combo #2-jack,jab right

Repeat at least 8x's

Combo#3-front kick right leg

Repeat (starting with front kick left)
Cue-kick,kick,side,block,pull4,3,2,1

Repeat 4x's each leg starting.

Put it altogether,(combo 1,2&3) as many times as you like! Have Fun!!
